To begin with, star pitcher Justin Schofield experienced one of those rare off nights. While he did strike-out 15 batters, he gave up four hits including a walk-off home run to Joel Isnor in the bottom of the seventh inning to give the Stewiacke Murphy's Fish and Chips a 2-1 win over the Rockies.

Cody Blois pitched the win for Stewiacke, striking out 10 batters.

The critical component of the Rockies’ loss was the fact they could not deliver clutch hits despite a double and a single from Tyler Whynot.

The Rockies took a 1-0 lead after three innings before Stewiacke tied it in the fourth prior to Isnor's walk-off blast in the seventh.

The Rockies will try to win their ninth and 10th games of the season when they play a doubleheader on July 23 in Shubenacadie before they return home July 30 for a pair of games, against Stewiacke, beginning at 7 p.m.
