LIVERPOOL – The Queens County District RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in recovering a large amount of cash lost in Liverpool between 3 and 4:30 p.m. May 24.
Sometime during that period, a Queens County resident lost the money, which was in a pencil case, somewhere in Liverpool. The money is in excess of $1,000.
Anyone who knows about this incident is asked to contact the Queens County RCMP detachment at 902-354-5721.
Anyone with information about this who would like to remain anonymous can contact Crime Stoppers any time at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS). Calls to crime stoppers are not taped or traced and if police make an arrest and lay charges based on the tip, callers qualify for a cash reward from $50 to $2,000.
