ANNAPOLIS ROYAL, NS - The Nova Scotia Health Authority has announced the Collaborative Emergency Centre in Annapolis Royal will close for the day June 28.

In a release issued June 27, the authority states this closure, from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., is due to a lack of physician availability, and that anyone experiencing a medical emergency should always call 911.

General health concerns can be directed to 811, where health advice and information are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by registered nurses.

The Mental Health Crisis Line can also be reached 24/7 by calling 1-888-429-8167.
