WINDSOR, NS - A Middle Sackville man charged with counselling another man to commit murder will be back in court later this month for election and plea.

Raymond Gary Brooks, 64, was present in Windsor provincial court in custody on March 13. Judge Jean Whalen released Brooks on his own $5,000 recognizance, to be justified by his personal property. Whalen adjourned the matter to March 21 for election and plea.

It’s alleged that Brooks committed the offence in Lower Burlington on March 7. The charge has not been proven in court.
