<p>Shirley and Janet Isles won first place in the Bear River Winter Carnival snow sculpture contest with their Sochi 2014 display complete with Charles Hammelin, Tessa and Scott, a ski jumper and skeleton athlete (just visible in the curve), a left over Inuksuk from Vancouver and even a real live polar bear in the window.</p>
