A visual and audio feast for the upcoming holiday season starts at Th’YARC on Nov. 26 with A Christmas Carol.
Directed by Mark Palmer, this timeless tale is of the miser Ebenezer Scrooge who must face the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Yet-to-Come, as they help to bring kindness to his otherwise cold heart.
The Ghosts remind him of the man he use to be, the hard truth of what the world is today, and what will happen if he does not strive to be a better man.
The play features a large cast and the music of the Yarmouth Pit orchestra.
Show dates are Nov. 26,27,28, and Dec. 3,4,5, at 7:30 p.m. There will be a 2 p.m. matinee on Nov. 29. Tickets are $17.50, seniors $17, members $16, students $14 (18 and under) and youth $12 (12 & under). Call the box office at (902) 742-8150.
