(NC)—Nothing says holidays like the smell of cooking in your oven. Try this fragrant take on the potatoes and your guests will savour the smell and the flavour.
3 Toppits crushed garlic cubes
3 Toppits chopped basil cubes
3 Toppits chopped parsley cubes
6 Large potatoes (1" thick round pieces-discard the ends)
1/2 Cup olive oil
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
Mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl. Marinate the potatoes for an hour. Preheat over to 400 degrees F. Transfer potatoes on to a lightly greased cookie sheet bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes, turning once after 30 minutes. Baste potatoes with remaining marinade every 15 minutes. Cook until golden brown and crispy.
