Keith’s pummeled 16-2 in Barrington, play again today
The Valley Keith’s might want to erase Nov. 8 from team calendars after losing 16-2 last night to the Barrington Ice Dogs.
The Dogs, playing on their home ice, got hat tricks from three players, Dustin Goreham, Shane Devine and James Swaine. Two others added a pair each, and three had singles.

Nick Brent and Brock Cormier scored the Keith’s goals in a game that saw the Digby-based team outshot 63-17. Chris Whitmore took the loss in goal.

It was a good weekend for the Ice Dogs who also handed Clare Lions their first loss of the season Friday, a 5-4 overtime win in the Université Sainte-Anne arena.

But it may be a traumatic weekend for the Keith’s who are scheduled to play at home today at 2 p.m., and against the Ice Dogs once more.
