Women in business

The Valley Women's Business Network held its annual silent auction fundraiser Oct. 18 at the Gaspereau Winery, with proceeds going toward scholarships for female business students at the Nova Scotia Community College and toward the group's own programs for women in business. Among the organizers of the event were: (left to right) VWBN president Judy Hilchie, Lori Prescesky, Debi Chapman and Pam Murray.
