Fun tournament opens high school volleyball season
The senior girls’ volleyball team from St. Mary’s Bay Academy may have had their fill of Digby on Friday during a ‘fun' tournament at Digby Regional High School.
It was the official first day of competition for volleyball, but with no league game scheduled, the SMBA team was matched with the junior Mariners and then with two teams from a divided senior Mariners’ squad.
