Liverpool woman pleads guilty

Liverpool resident Mary Emily Lowe entered a guilty plea for possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking in Liverpool Provincial Court on June 10.

Queens RCMP, members of the South Shore Street Crime Enforcement unit and a police services dog searched Lowe’s home last February finding the substance.

“A pre-sentence report has been ordered,” said federal crown attorney, Josh Bryson, “with sentencing scheduled to commence on Aug. 5 at 9:30 a.m.”

She is 52 years old.
