Queens RCMP charge alleged arsonists
On Feb. 17, at about 8:30p.m. Queens RCMP Detachment responded to a suspicious fire in a shed located at 557 Main St in Liverpool.
A witness advised RCMP constables to seeing a male and a female running from the location and provided a brief description of clothing worn by the two individuals. RCMP members located the male and female later in the evening in Liverpool.

A 17-year-old male and an 18-year-old female were charged with Arson causing damage to property, an attempted arson of a vehicle and an attempted arson at the Liverpool Curling Club. The male will appear in youth court and the female will appear in adult court on April 1, 2008.

Queens County RCMP would like to thank the Liverpool Fire Department and the witnesses for their assistance.
