Tyler Quinlan, a Barrington Ice Dog, received most sportsmanlike award.

Barrington Ice Dogs player Tyler Quinlan has won the most sportsmanlike award in the Nova Scotia Junior C League.

The Ice Dogs, which won its first best of five playoff series against the Avon River Rats before losing four straight in a best of seven semi-final against the first place Spryfield Silver and Black Attack.

Other award winners included Spryfield goalie Alex Mader who won the top goaltender and MVP awards. Spryfield players also picked up awards for leading scorer, playoff MVP (Justin Mabe) and for top defenseman (Mathieu Bourgeois). Spryfield also took the team prize for first place overall.
