Rain showers expected for Father’s Day in Kings County

It’s a foggy start to Father’s Day on the Wolfville waterfront. The Environment Canada forecast for the Kentville area for today, June 15, is calling for fog patches to dissipate near noon. There will be rain showers today, with a risk of thundershowers early this morning. Local amounts of 5 to 10 mm are expected. Wind will develop out of the northwest at 20 km/h this morning. A daytime high temperature of 18C is expected, with a UV index of 3 or moderate.
