One of the new services being offered by Maritime Bus - which will replace Acadia Lines - is additional service in the Wolfville area.

In a press release Nov. 19, the company announced Wolfville area will have an extra frequency daily with an early morning run to Halifax and a late afternoon return time.

"I know we have made the right decision to launch Maritime Bus Dec. 1," Mike Cassidy, president of Maritime Bus, states. "Maritimers want a bus system and we are trying our best to make the changes they are suggesting. We are excited and we are listening to our customer."

Customers can begin reserving seats on Nov. 26 at www.maritimebus.com

It seemed that residents of other towns in the Annapolis county will be neglected as there would not be any bus servicing the other towns- I lived in Middleton and I used to rely to Acadian bus to go to Halifax. Why are the residents in these towns being neglected?
