The Rockies travelled to Indian Brook May 28. Schofield hurled a no-hitter while striking out 11 in leading the Rockies to a 7-0 triumph.

The Rockies scored a pair of runs in the first inning, added four more in the third and finished their scoring with a single run in the fifth inning. The game was called after five innings.

Tyler Whynot and Aaron Harvey both doubled for the Rockies, who were playing with a short bench.

The Rockies improved to 2-1 on the season in the Shooters Bar and Grill Fastpitch Softball League. They will attempt to push that record to 4-1 when they play Indian Brook in a doubleheader June 4 at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. in St. Croix.
