Yvonne "Nonnie" Logan (Scallion) — Halifax/Greenbank

It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that the family of Yvonne Logan announces her sudden passing on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at the age of 83. Her kindness and humanity were unsurpassed. Originally a proud resident of Greenbank, Yvonne lived most of her later years on John Street and is remembered fondly by her neighbours. Yvonne was a loving and dedicated wife of 62 years to Leroy, and a caring mother to their daughter Paula. They will both miss her dearly. Yvonne will also be fondly remembered and loved by her grandchildren Justin and Nathan; sister, Jenny Bowen; brother, Jim (Christine); niece, Lynda (Reg) and numerous other nieces and nephews. She will also be dearly missed by her lifelong friend, Doris. Yvonne was predeceased by her parents; and brother, Michael. A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 15th in Cruikshank's Funeral Home from 5 -8 p.m. followed by a funeral service and reception in St. Agnes Church on Friday, August 16th at 10 a.m. Private burial to follow.
