HELLE, Victor New Waterford Son of the late Victor and Glenda (Kendall) Helle, Victor passed away on Aug. 3, 2019 at the age of 64. He is survived by his two sons, Scott and Wayne and his brother, John, Glace Bay. He was predeceased by sisters, Sis, Mary, Betty and brother, Paul. Cremation has taken place with private burial at a later date. Many thanks to all of his care workers.
