Shirley Fraser Cahill — Dedham

Our dear sister, Shirley Fraser Cahill died on November 6, 2018 in Dedham, Massachusetts. She was born June 11, 1933 in Alder Point, the eldest of nine children. The daughter of the late Simon Fraser and Viola Burton. In her teens she went to work in Boston where she later married her late husband, Frank Cahill. She is survived by her three children, Kevin, Helaine and Joseph. Also left behind are her siblings, Simon (Bea), Eleanor (Jake), Mina, Marilyn (Jim), Virginia (Pat), Judy (Ed), Derrick; and sister-in-law, Carmen. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank; her brother, George; brother-in-law, Lawrence; and twin sisters in infancy. She loved her summers in Cape Breton, Celtic music and visits with family and old friends. She was a lady of faith, good taste, and generosity. We will have a celebration of her life at a later date and one last walk to the shore.
