Shirley Cook — New Waterford

It is with profound sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of our beloved mother, sister, aunt and grandmother. Shirley passed with peace and grace joining her husband, John on February 4, 2019 at her home in New Waterford. She was 73. Born in Montreal, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Fay Klopot. We have lost one of the most harmless and gentle souls anyone has ever known. She was so proud of her daughters and adored her grandchildren. Shirley was loved deeply by the late great John; by her siblings and by our entire extended family. We will miss her forever. The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to the community of New Waterford for the love and support they have shown to John & Shirley over the years. She leaves to mourn daughters, Sandi, Joy (Richard); grandchildren, Charlie and Amanda; sisters, Barbara (Howard), Marsha (Larry); brothers, Mike (Pat), Larry (Arleen) As per Shirley’s wishes there will be no service.
