Lindsay Melburn Wilkinson

With deep sadness the family of Lindsay regrets to announce his peaceful passing on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, in the An Cala, Palliative Care Unit of the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney, with Nancy and Marie by his side. Born April 29, 1965, in Glace Bay, Lindsay was the son of the late Robert and Elaine (Hall) Wilkinson. He was a member of the Army and Navy Club of Glace Bay, well-known for playing and singing at the Saturday kitchen parties. Besides his parents, Lindsay was predeceased by his sister, Roberta. He is survived by his aunt, Nancy Arbuckle; cousins, Marie, Lori Ann and Gerard Kane; uncles, Karl and Eddy Hall; many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Special thanks to the CCU unit and palliative care for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Hope you’re singing your heart out up there. Love you, forever.
