Judith Deborah (Carson) Macaulay

We are saddened to announce the passing of Judith Deborah (Carson) Macaulay. She died at the Palliative Care Unit in Cape Breton Regional Hospital on Wednesday, May 15, 2019. After a long battle with illness, she fell asleep in death at the age of 66 years old. She was a member of the North Sydney congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Judy was very active in her faith and liked to help others. Along with her loving husband, Gerald, she enjoyed her gardens and spending time enjoying creation. She was predeceased by her father, William Carson (aged 29); her mother, Dollina (Tutty) Kiley, and her brother, George Carson. She is survived by her husband, Gerald; her son, Shaun (Holly) Legere; her sister, Darlene Kiley (Bernie Darroch), and her stepfather, Austin Kiley (95 years old). She will be dearly missed by her family. Cremation to be followed by a memorial service at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in North Sydney on Saturday, May 18 at 2 p.m.
