Neither flowers nor donations please at the family’s request, however, those who wish to make a contribution in her honor may do so to the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, where Jean was provided extraordinary care and comfort. Jean’s family wish to offer their genuine thanks to Dr. Gracie and his staff for their commitment to her health for the last 41 years. As well a special thanks goes out to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, the Palliative Care Ward, the VON and her continuing care team each of whom did a tremendous job throughout her final journey.
