Harold Evan Hendsbee

Funeral service for the late Harold Evan Hendsbee, 76, Queensport, Guysborough County, was held July 25 in St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church, Queensport, with Father Jonathan Nnajiofor officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery. Mr. Hendsbee died July 20, 2018, in St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Born April 4, 1942, in Westville, Pictou County, he was a son of the late Gerald and Ena (Hurst) Hendsbee. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Alice (O’Leary); two sons, Gary (Kim), Michael (Tanya); daughter, Wendy (Tim); four granddaughters, Gabby, Marianne, Julia, Madeline; two step-grandchildren, Rebecca, Timmy; sister, Margaret (Bill) Boutilier; brother, Gilbert (Susan); extended O’Leary family.
