GEORGE SCHRADER

Burial of the late George William Frederick Schrader, 77, Canso, will take place in Star of The Sea Roman Catholic Church Parish Cemetery at a later date. Mr. Schrader died June 2, 2019, in St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Born June 27, 1941, he was the son of the late David Schrader and Amanda (Snyder) Schrader/Richardson. He is survived by four daughters, Judith, Lake Charlotte; Tracy, Shelley, both of Truro; Deborah, Little Dover; two stepchildren, John, Canso; Carol Anne, Owlshead; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister, Nora (Schrader) Martin, Canso. He was predeceased by his wife, Jean (Borden); brother, Herman ‘Spud’; two sisters, Mary; one in infancy.
