EUGENE ERNEST 'FAUD' ROBAR

Burial of the late Eugene Ernest ‘Faud’ Robar, 74, formerly of Country Harbour, was held October 18 in Stormont Cemetery with Reverend Sue Channen officiating.

Mr. Robar died October 12, 2019, in R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home, Antigonish.

Born in Country Harbour, he was a son of the late Sterling and Gloria (Hallett) Robar. In earlier years, he worked in the woods as a pulp cutter. He enjoyed Bingo, playing cards and visiting.

He is survived by three brothers, Johnnie, Antigonish; Ronald ‘Barry’ (Marilyn), Dartmouth; David, Country Harbour; three sisters, Paulette (Fraser), New Glasgow; Darlene (Dale), Eight Island Lake; Dana (Ken), New Glasgow; several nieces, nephews and their families.

He was predeceased by his brother, Kevin.

Memorial donations may be made to his family to help with funeral expenses.
