Debbie White (Anthony)

WHITE, Debbie (Anthony) Victoria Mines It is with heavy hearts that we, the family announce the passing of Debbie (Anthony) White, age 61, on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2019 at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney with her husband Colin by her side. Debbie worked almost 30 years as parts manager at Safe-Way Auto Parts, New Waterford and Sydney. She had a love for cars, especially her little red corvette. She was also a member of the W.V.F.D Ladies Auxiliary for many years. Debbie was full of life. She loved her rum and coke from nights at the Rack n Roll, Jack Duggans and the French Club. She enjoyed boat rides and spending time at her cottage in Georges River, also many Dollar Store trips with her little ladies Gabby, Jocelyn, Janelle and Maya. She was one of the strongest, most courageous fighters and gave it her all to the end. Nothing but a smile on her face as she sung her favorite songs. Debbie was a wonderful wife, daughter, sister and auntique. Born in Westmount, she was the wife to her best friend, Colin and mama to her beautiful fur baby, Lilah Lu. She is the daughter of Sonny Anthony; sister to Joanne (late Leonard) MacKinnon, Shelley (Bobby) MacDonald and auntique to many nieces and nephews. Debbie was predeceased by her mother, Lillian Anthony (Wilson); sister, Dawn Anthony and father-in-law, Bob White. A special thank you to the nurses of 4A, the wonderful doctors that took extra care of her, Palliative Care, her beautiful niece, Cassandra who was there by her side everyday and her wonderful friend, Alana who went above and beyond with taking care of Collie and being at the hospital every day. Debbie will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. Forever in our hearts. Visitation will be held on Monday, Sept. 16, 2019 from 4-9 p.m. A chapel service will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2019 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev.
