Daniel Hamm

With deep regret and broken hearts, we announce the passing of Daniel Hamm, age 62, at home on Sunday, November 18, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. Born and raised in Edmonton, he was the son of the late Martin and Rose Hamm. He loved to watch the Edmonton Oilers and Toronto Blue Jays, and Wayne and Bruce’s horse races. He is survived by his loving wife, Georgina (McGean) Hamm; his daughter, Sandra (Jamie) Moulton; son, Daniel Hamm, and step-son, Blair McGean, all of Edmonton. Also left to mourn are his grandchildren, whom he cherished, Shaily Rain and Jack, sisters-in-law, Cynthia (Paul) White and Mary Lou (Paul) Gracie; brothers-in-law, Bruce (Jennifer) McGean and Wayne (Linda) McGean. He will be sadly missed by his new best friend, his cat, Dani. Cremation has taken place. His family will receive visitors on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. A celebration of his life will take place at 4 p.m. in the funeral home, with Fr. James Oliver officiating.
