MACLEOD, Andrew “Andy” Mississauga- New Waterford It is with great sadness that we, the family of Andrew Daniel MacLeod, announce his passing on Aug. 30, 2019, in Mississauga, Ont. at the age of 81. Born in New Waterford, he was the son of the late James and Nora Mae (MacIsaac) MacLeod. He is survived by his partner Maggie and her daughter Shawnlee, who deserves a special thank you for being his main caregiver for the last few months; sisters, Catherine, Rose, Helen and Marie; brothers, John and Gerard. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Helen; sister, Mary Margaret; brothers, William and Ray. Cremation has taken place and a Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2019, at 10 a.m., in the Parish of St. Leonard, Mount Carmel Ave, with Fr. Ray Huntley officiating. Interment in St. Agnes Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of McLellan Brothers Funeral Home, 3183 Plummer Ave, New Waterford, 902-862-7500.
