Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is going to be in Antigonish on Friday evening to attend the Nova Scotia Liberal Party’s annual general meeting.
The Liberal Party of Canada leader will give remarks at the meeting, which is taking place at St. Francis Xavier University’s Bloomfield Centre at 7 p.m.
“Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada have been a major focus of the Liberal Party’s growth as a movement since the last election, with more than 20,000 Atlantic Canadians having registered as new Liberals since the last election,” the party said in a news release.
