KENTVILLE – It's going to be a little wet and very cloudy for most of the day May 26 at the Apple Blossom Festival in Kentville.
With events including both the Children's and Grand Parade events at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. respectively, festival watchers and goers should be prepared for faily cool temperatures and fairly scattered showers.

Environment Canada is forecasting temperatures holding at 16 degrees until 10 a.m. that will reach a high of 18 by 2 p.m. Showers are expected through the morning and should dissapate by 3 p.m.
On a day known for its sunshine and warm temperatures, this might not be a forecast that seems ideal, but have no fear - clear skies are in order for later in the evening, with clouds continuing through till 8 p.m. and clearing out to let stars shine by 9 p.m.
Middle Dyke Road will also be closed from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m., along with intermittent closures of streets in downtown Kentville for festival events.
