Jagmeet Singh will be in Halifax Monday to host a town hall on health care.
The NDP leader is to head over to the Nova Scotia Community College Institute of Technology Campus after touring the Hydrostone with Coun. Lindell Smith at 3:35 p.m.
The town hall, where Singh will lead a discussion on expanding health-care services, is at 4 p.m.
In the morning, Singh is to announce a new New Brunswick candidate in Bathurst.
Singh isn’t the only party leader to be on the East Coast on Monday.
Green Party Leader Elizabeth May will be in Fredericton and Moncton, N.B., on Monday afternoon before she makes her way over to Charlottetown for a rally at 7:30 p.m.
Liberal Party Leader Justin Trudeau and Conservative Party Leader Andrew Scheer will be in Ontario for the day.
People’s Party of Canada Leader Maxime Bernier has no public events announced.
