WINDSOR, N.S. – Garnett Frederick Smith, 67, from Windsor, has been acquitted of two charges against him.
Smith was charged with exposing his genitals to a female under 16 years of age and breaching his probation in May, however, judge Chris Manning wasn’t satisfied that the defendant committed those acts beyond a reasonable doubt.
His probation was related to a previous conviction of sex-related crimes with minors.
Smith moved out of Windsor when the latest charges were brought forward.
