AYLESFORD, N.S. — A recent traffic stop prompted by an expired registration sticker resulted in police confiscating cocaine, hydromorphone, clonazepam, dried cannabis, drug paraphernalia and cash.
The stop occurred along Highway 101 near Aylesford at 3:35 p.m. Sept. 28.
A media release from police says Kings District RCMP searched the vehicle and seized the aforementioned items.
Two Greenwood residents travelling in the vehicle at the time of the traffic stop were charged.
Walter Davidson, 29, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
Lytora MacArthur, 26, is facing one count of possession of a controlled substance.
The duo is due in Kentville provincial court Nov. 19.
