RCMP seeking to identify men on video in alleged Berwick break and enter

BERWICK, N.S. — The RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two men captured on video surveillance allegedly breaking and entering into a Berwick business.

An RCMP release states the shared video footage shows the alleged incident occurring on Feb. 11 at 3:11 a.m. Kings District RCMP responded to an alarm sounding at a convenience store on Main Street in Berwick.

The RCMP says the video shows two men entering the business by smashing its front door. The first man is shown wearing a black mask and toque, khaki pants, dark coat and black shoes with white trim. The second is wearing a camouflage jacket and pants, black shoes and a black mask.

Police allege the two men took lottery tickets and cash from the store before fleeing the scene.
