KENTVILLE, NS - If you see military personnel operating tactical armoured vehicles with mounted weapons on civilian roads in Kings County over the coming few days, there is a reason.

Canadian Army Reserve members from The Halifax Rifles – Royal Canadian Army Corps – will be conducting a training exercise from Oct. 12 to 14.

Members of the public will see personnel operating tactical armoured personnel vehicles with vehicle-mounted weapons on civilian roads between Kentville and Scott’s Bay. No ammunition or pyrotechnics will be used. Residents can expect increased military traffic in the vicinity of Blomidon Provincial Park and the Look-Off.
