KENTVILLE, NS – A man has pleaded guilty to a string of offences he and two other men were charged with after dozens of alleged thefts and break ins from June to July 2017.
Christopher Travis Kollman, 21, of Middle Sackville, appeared in Kentville court Jan. 26 and pleaded guilty to 12 charges, including seven counts of breaking and entering, three counts of theft, one count of driving a stolen vehicle and one of dangerous driving of that vehicle causing injury.
The alleged thefts and break and enters Kollman allegedly committed happened from June 19 to 30, in locations including Hantsport, Valley, Ardoise and Rawdon, and the alleged driving offences occurred July 5 in Cheverie.
His case is adjourned to Apr. 3 for sentencing.
Kollman was charged alongside Jaylen Parsons, 22, of Lower Sackville, and Dylan Nowlan, 20, of Beaverbank, who both also allegedly committed the crimes.
These men were charged alongside Kollman on 16 charges. A total of 44 charges were handed out for alleged offences committed by the three men between June 15 and July 5, 2017.
Parsons last appeared in court Dec. 4 and pled guilty to three counts of theft.
He will appear in court Feb. 5 for sentencing on these charges, and still faces 13 others, which include six counts of theft and seven for breaking and entering.
Nowlan last appeared in court Dec. 22 via video-link, as he is currently being held in custody, and pleaded not guilty to all 40 charges he is facing, which include 11 counts of theft, eight of breaking and entering and 20 for breach of bail conditions, among others.
His case was adjourned to Mar. 20.
