BROOKLYN, NS - The Annapolis District RCMP is looking for help from the public as a theft from a car dealership on Brooklyn Road is being investigated.

In the early morning hours of Feb. 27, a number of truck tires and rims and a car trailer were stolen from the dealership, located on Brooklyn Road in Brooklyn, Annapolis County.

The RCMP is asking for the public to assist by providing information about the location of the stolen items and the person or persons responsible for the theft. Together, the tires, rims and trailer are valued at approximately $16,000.

Anyone who may have information about this theft is asked to contact the Annapolis District RCMP at 902-825-2000 or 1-800-803-RCMP (7267). Calls to Crime Stoppers are not taped or traced and if police make an arrest and lay charges based on a tip, callers qualify for a cash award.
