The swim team, based out of Milton Centennial Pool in Milton, had its most recent meet in Bedford Aug. 6. Prior to that, the team swam in Kentville Aug. 5.

Recently, swimmers have also gone to meets in Cole Harbour and Halifax at The Waegwoltic Club.

“Overall, the summer is going quite well,” said Graham Muise, the Dambusters’ head coach.

He says there has been consistent turnout at practices and meets, and a couple of swimmers have been regularly placing in the top 10.

“The majority of our young, new swimmers have come out and tried at least one meet this season,” said Muise.
