Wolfville Tritons Swim Club hands out awards

The Wolfville Tritons Swim Club celebrated the end of another season June 8, and a number of end of year awards and certificates were given out.

Major award winners were Brendan Vibert, who received the club’s Ingham Award for Triton of the year, and Sarah Park, who received the Trevor Smith Award for rookie of the year.

Graduating swimmers were also celebrated at the event. Connor Adams, Stella Champion-Keating, Adam Deutsch, Carlena Eye, Rebecca MacPherson, Kassandra Parsons, Brendan Vibert are all going on to university next year, with all but Champion-Keating committed to a varsity swimming program. Deutsch, MacPherson, Parsons and Vibert will swim for Acadia.
