The Avon View Avalanche couldn’t hold back the Central Kings Gators on the weekend, losing the high school football bout 38-15.

The Avalanche is now 3-2 on the season.

Their next game will be against Northeast Kings on Thanksgiving Monday, Oct. 13, at 3:30 p.m. at Avon View.

They have a bye in the Nova Scotia School Athletic Federation’s football schedule this week.
