When the last diners leave Pizzazz Bistro after lunch today, the Kentville restaurant will close for good.

Bill and Dawn Denyar bought the dining establishment from the Pahole family in early 2012. Bill announced earlier this week the bistro would close March 8.

“Despite our best efforts and the support of regular customers, the current business is not sustainable,” he said.  “To succeed going forward the business would need to be reinvented and rebranded to take advantage of current trends in the restaurant industry.”
