It will be a nice day for candidates in the upcoming special elections for Kings County council to hit the campaign trail. In District 11, former councillor Gary Connolly and Jim Winsor are vying for the vacant seat while former councillor Dale Lloyd and Rick Ackland are in the race for the District 8 seat.
