GOFFS, NS - Fans of aviation and classic automobiles are invited to explore the Atlantic Canada Aviation Museum as Wings n’ Wheels returns in August.
The third annual Wings n’ Wheels event takes place at the museum, located across the highway from Halifax Stanfield International Airport, on Aug. 11 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free. Take Exit 6 on Highway 102 to 20 Sky Blvd. in Goffs.

There will be hundreds of artifacts large and small on display, including more than 20 aircraft and three simulators. Visitors will have a chance to see volunteers in action as they work on the latest plane restoration project.
There will be in excess of 30 classic cars on display and face painting, games and prizes for children of all ages. There will also be a free barbecue and refreshments. Classic car owners who would like to show a vehicle are asked to RSVP a spot.
