Police in Halifax are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Halifax man who hasn’t been heard from in over a week.
Matthew O’Dea, 20, was reported missing Jan. 22 and was last seen on Gottingen Street in Halifax on Jan. 14.
Police say he was in contact with his family by text message on Jan. 18, but nothing since.
Police don’t believe O’Dea has been met with foul play, but say he suffers from a medical condition that requires daily medication.
O’Dea is described as five-foot-five, 110 pounds with blue eyes and dark brown curly hair.
Anyone knowing of the man’s whereabouts is asked to contact police at 490-5016.
