CAMBRIDGE – Two Kings County residents are facing possession for the purpose of trafficking and production charges following a recent marijuana bust.
Kings District RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on Prospect Road in Cambridge around 1:30 a.m. June 17.
“Members seized a large number of marihuana plants growing outside the residence. There was no one home at the time of the search,” reads a Kings District RCMP media release issued June 19.
A 36-year-old woman and 30-year-old man were arrested. They are due to appear in Kentville provincial court Sept. 11.
