LAKEVILLE – Two men are facing trafficking charges after an RCMP traffic stop allegedly found methamphetamine and ecstacy in their possession.
According to an RCMP release issued July 17, the two men were stopped in Lakeville July 14. When officers conducted a further search, 351 methamphetamine pills and five ecstacy tablets were allegedly uncovered.
The men, who are both adults, were then arrested at the scene.
Both have been charged with possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking.
The two men have both been released, and will appear in Kentville provincial court to face the charges September 11.
