WINDSOR, N.S. — Residents interested in finding out what councillors are thinking when it comes to the proposed hockey heritage centre may be in luck.
A special joint council session has been planned for Dec. 18 at 7 p.m. in Windsor's council chambers. The first part of the meeting will be held in camera, which means the public won't be privy to those discussions. However, later in the evening, the meeting will reopen to the public as the councils discuss the feasibility study. The in camera meeting pertains to the inter-municipal agreement linking the two municipal units to the project.
The exact time the feasibility study review will take place is unknown. The Town of Windsor's website indicates it will be held after the in-camera discussion.
