ANNAPOLIS ROYAL, NS - The Collaborative Emergency Centre at Annapolis Community Health Centre will be closed two days this week, the Nova Scotia Health Authority said in a media release.

The facility will be closed on:

-- Tuesday, August 14 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

-- Thursday, August 16 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The closures are due to limited physician availability, it said.
The health authority said those experiencing a medical emergency should always call 911. General health concerns can be directed to 811, where health advice and information are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by registered nurses.

The Mental Health Crisis Line can also be reached 24/7 by calling 1-888-429-8167.
