Roger’s customers may call in with complaints, but the call center itself is getting good feedback.
On-Line Support Inc. opened a new call centre on Harley Umphrey Drive in Liverpool at the end of Oct. 2006.
Now just a few months later, OLS executive vice president, Kent MacPhee says things are going very well and everyone is pleased.
OLS has employed roughly 150 people with more set to come in.
MacPhee says, they went from scratch to 150 which is a lot of people to train and bring into the system but the company is delighted with things thus far.
He explained, now that they have some of the wrinkles ironed out, so to speak, they are going to hire another 40 or so employees.
Their goal is to have approximately 200 employees and to work towards continuous growth, MacPhee added.
Training for the first few groups of employees went pretty good according to MacPhee and even though there were a few glitches they survived it.
More importantly he says is that people seem happy with OLS.
One thing the company wants to accomplish is becoming very integrated in the community, MacPhee said.
OLS plans on moving that goal forward as the year continues.
MacPhee says the company has a reputation of being quite involved in the community, which is something that hasn’t been done here yet simply because they are still new to the area.
MacPhee says, early indications are, that OLS is going to be very happy in Liverpool.
